"The Nevis" is a classic flat cap (sometimes referred to as an Ivy or Driver's cap) that will look great for most head shapes.

Constructed from certified Harris Tweed and inspired by our trips up the rugged Ben Nevis, the highest of Scotland's peaks, each cap is carefully stitched to protect you from whatever conditions you might face on your daily adventures.

The 6cm (2 and 3/8 inch) brim offers your eyes more protection than most flat caps - come rain or shine. The unique slightly deeper cut of the Nevis ensures a comfortable and secure fit.

Our Harris Tweed is sourced from traditional producers in the Scottish Outer Hebrides.  Woven on treadle-powered looms, every inch of the fabric is dyed, spun and woven on these remote islands using skills passed down the generations.  These techniques are low impact and only use natural raw materials.

Each of our caps carries a certification "orb" label from the Harris Tweed Authority so you can be assured this is the genuine article.

Wool has made a real resurgence in recent years due to it's wonderful natural properties.  Warm in winter and breathable in summer, 100% wool fabrics are far superior to cheaper polyester or wool mix materials.  That's why we choose to only use pure wool tweeds in our ranges of Harris and Irish tweed caps.

Try the Nevis today - we're confident you will feel the difference.

Bought for a friend as a birthday present

We bought thi flat cap as a birthday present. The XL fits him perfectly. Nice colours in the tweed which could compliment many outfits/ensambles :-) Quality seems good. It's Harris tweed. Hopefully he gets many years out of it.

Great shape & quality sized a little smaller than others from Borges & Scott

Great shape & quality but sizes a little smaller than the linen cap previously purchased. My husband falls between sizes so a larger one would be too big
