Cashmere is renowned for its excellent insulation properties.  It's also renowned for being one of the most expensive natural fibres around.  Normally this results in Cashmere hats being made in light and thin knits.  Not here!  We've really gone for it with the Lux and made this exceptional hat out of a thick yarn and added a second layer to make what must be one of the most lavish hats around!

As with all our Cashmere, the Lux is unusual in that it has been made in a small family run workshop in Nepal, whereas most modern Cashmere is processed and knitted in large Chinese factories in the Inner Mongolia region of China.

EXTRA THICK and WARM:  We wanted to really ‘push out the boat’ with the Lux and made a thick, sumptuous 100% Cashmere hat.  With two chunky layers of Cashmere it has to be felt to be believed! We don’t think you’ll find a softer, warmer knitted hat anywhere!

United Kingdom - Free standard delivery via Royal Mail is offered on all hats to UK destinations.  Standard delivery normally takes 2-4 days. Next working day delivery is also available at checkout.

EU - Free Standard Delivery is offered on all hats to EU countries.  Normally we will send European deliveries with DPD or a local courier on a fully tracked service.  Delivery times vary from country to country - for most destinations it will be 3-7 days from ordering.  We pay all import duties, taxes and VAT for our EU customers.

USA - Free Standard Delivery:  In the USA delivery is free on all hats.  Normally we will send US deliveries with USPS on a fully tracked service.  Delivery times vary - for most destinations it will be 3-7 days from ordering.  An Express USA (2-4 day) delivery service is also available at checkout.  Orders below $900 do not normally attract import duty or taxes.

Rest of the World - If you would like to order from elsewhere, the cost will be displayed as you go through the checkout process. Please be aware, if you are ordering for delivery outside the UK, EU or USA you may need to pay customs duties or import taxes.

We know that finding the right hat can be difficult and getting that perfect fit is important.  So we are committed to being flexible when it comes to returns and exchanges.  If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it (within 90 days of receipt) for an exchange or full refund.

If you are not sure what your hat size is, please follow these simple instructions to find your size.

Measure your head at the level you would want the hat to sit at when you are wearing it.  This can vary a little according to your personal preference, but normally it would be across the middle of the forehead, pass a thumb’s width above your ears and around the widest part of the back of your head. 

Use a tape measure or a piece of string to find your size in centimetres.

Once you have the measurement in centimetres, this should be the hat size for you.  You may wish to move up or down one size if you prefer a particularly loose or tight fit.
