Delivery

United Kingdom - Free Standard Delivery:  We offer free standard delivery via Royal Mail on all hats to UK destinations.  Standard delivery normally takes 2-4 days. The cost for this on non-hat products is £2.95.

United Kingdom - Next Working Day:  If you order before 12 noon, we offer Next Working Day delivery to UK destinations.   If you would like a hat next day and it's after noon, but before 3pm please give us a call and we will see if we can beat the postman!   The cost for this upgraded service is £5.95.  We use both Royal Mail and DPD for this service depending on your location.  Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday or over the weekend will be sent on the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

EU - Free Standard Delivery:  In the EU delivery if free on all hats.  Normally we will send European deliveries with DPD on a fully tracked service.  Delivery times vary from country to country - for most destinations it will be 3-7 days from ordering.  The cost for this on non-hat products is £2.95.

USA - Free Standard Delivery:  In the USA delivery if free on all hats.  Normally we will send US deliveries with either USPS or DPD on a tracked service.  Delivery times vary - for most destinations it will be 3-7 days from ordering.  The cost for this on non-hat products is £2.95.

Rest of the World - If you would like to order from elsewhere, the cost will be displayed as you go through the checkout process, but is normally £9.95.  Delivery times will vary from country to country. 

Please be aware, if you are ordering for delivery outside the UK or USA you may need to pay Customs duties or import taxes.  This will cease for EU countries from 1 July 2021.

Returns and Exchanges

We know that finding the right Panama Hat is difficult and getting that perfect fit is important.  So we are committed to being flexible when it comes to returns and exchanges.  If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it (within 60 days of receipt) for an exchange or full refund.  There will be a form included in your package - please complete the details on this so that we can process your return/exchange quickly.  The address for return is:
