The hat itself is very nice, and the weave is incredibly fine, but two hats came stacked on top of each other in a box that was completely crushed. The lady at the UPS store said, "It looks like this box has been through a war! I hope there wasn't anything valuable in there!" I have purchased several hats in the $700-1000 range, each coming in their own hat box for storage that was then packaged and shipped, but these were thrown into the box without so much as tissue paper wrapping, and the hats were crushed to unrecognizable shapes. I think the telltale creases will be there even after steaming and trying to reform the hat, but for $922, I shouldn't have to do that.
